MEMORY BIAS:
A general term that refers to any biases which enhance, or impair memory1,2,3. Not be confused with Implicit Memory Bias; which is a general term that refers to any systematic errors in judgement or decision making that occur due to implicit associations encoded in memory.
The term Memory Bias is non-specific, and therefore could refer to any number of biases, described in this dictionary, that affect recall of information. Also see: Recall Bias, Implicit Memory Bias, Hindsight Bias, and Attentional Bias.
